Please send your abstract (in English or Chinese) to Mr. Zhang Chunli (zcl_8876@yahoo.com.cn) according to the instructions reproduced above. Authors outside of China who submit abstracts using this route may have their discounted registration fee deadline extended to July 30, and full refund deadline extended to August 10. To request the extensions, please include (1) a copy of the abstract and (2) the request, with (3) the registration form, and (4) the registration fee in a letter and send to the address shown in the registration webpage BEFORE July 31, 2006. You may email items 1 to 3 to RayKWu@GMail.com, and send a copy with the fee by mail before July 31. After the deadline, the late fees apply.
