AAPM/IOMP/BMPA Workshop on Radiation Therapy Physics
A Workshop in Medical Physics is to be held in Bangladesh on January
29-February 3, 2001. It is organized by the Department of Physics,
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology
(BUET), and the Bangladesh Medical Physics Association (BMPA). It
is sponsored by the American Association of
Physicists in Medicine (AAPM), and the
International Organization of Medical Physics
(IOMP), and Co-sponsored by the BUET, BMPA, and the DELTA Medical Centre
Ltd.
Purpose
The workshop is intended to provide required insights and understanding of the issues of radiation therapy physics and radiation safety.
Venue
The Workshop will be held in the campus of the
Bangladesh University of Engineering and
Technology, situated in the heart of the Dhaka City,
Bangladesh.
